SPRING ADULTS: Monoprinting Magic & Pressed Stencil Play in Ceramics

Course Description:     
Explore monoprinting's magic & pressed stencils' precision! Using underglazes we can utilize printmaking techniques to create detailed color and imagery on our work. Learn exciting techniques to adorn your clay & unleash your artistic potential. Experiment, create, & discover endless possibilities in surface design. All levels welcome! Sign up & ignite your inner printmaker! Please bring a few leather hard pieces to decorate. They should be smooth surfaced, preferably with flat areas. We will also have test tiles available for practice. This class is suitable for all students.

Please note: Must be registered for a Winter Ceramics class or the Independent Program. Registration in this workshop does not include clay or studio access outside of the event times.

Sarah Chapman, ceramics instructor at Concord-Carlisle High School and studio artist, has an extensive artistic background.
