FALL ADULTS: Vivid Acrylic Painting for Beginners

Course Description:     
Participants will learn how to paint with acrylic paint using different techniques. Skills acquired will enable them to create paintings of objects and landscapes. In this beginner class we will focus on color theory & color mixing – proper hues, tints, tones, shades, value scale. We will also review brush strokes and blending color. Nayda will teach you the skills with easy steps to paint landscapes and still- life. Painting from observation and photographs. Novices and beginner’s welcome.

She obtained a BFA in Fine Art (2002) from Stetson University in Deland FL and her MFA in Visual Arts (2015) at Lesley College of Art (Former Art Institute of Boston) in Cambridge, MA.
