FALL ADULTS: Beginner and Intermediate Acrylic Painting

Course Description:
Starting with basic techniques and an introduction to the acrylic medium, this course takes you through a series of exercises, with support from the instructor-your canvas will begin to reflect your newfound understanding of atmosphere, color and composition.  Students will focus on still life and portrait, even attempting a self portrait!  We will look at artists from the past to see what we can learn from them! Each person works at their own pace and, there is a selection of assignments to choose from!  Beginners and those who wish to get back into a creative atmosphere are welcome! Intermediate students will be introduced to new techniques that will enhance their work and gain deeper understanding of the medium.
