WINTER YOUTH: Creative Dance (Ages 5-6)

Course Description:
Let your child's imagination take flight in this playful and expressive introductory Creative Dance class! Designed for children who love to express themselves through movement, this class encourages exploration through movement, music and storytelling. Children will learn basic dance concepts such as rhythm, body awareness and coordination through fun activities like improvisation, games and guided dance adventures. So, come on out and discover the joy of movement in a supportive and encouraging environment where all that is required is an active imagination. Students should wear comfortable and loose clothing in which to move. To allow for easier movement, students are encouraged to wear socks, bare feet or dance shoes. Please also bring water for hydration.
