SPRING ADULTS: Project - Dinnerware!

INT/ADV

Have you ever wanted to make a dinnerware set for either yourself or a family member? In this class we will explore the many ways you can approach this project. We will plan and execute a dinnerware set for 4 with serving pieces. The style and expression of the sets will be unique to each student, and one of our learning goals for the class. We will plan and explore the basic pieces as well as serving add-ons. Students may approach this project as a wheel thrown or hand - built project. We will also discuss decoration and glazing. This will be a combination of creativity and functionality! This class is suitable for intermediate-advanced students.
