WINTER YOUTH: The Art of Decoupage (ages 5-8)

Course Description:     
In this class we will meet each week and explore the art of Decoupage. The word Decoupage comes from the Middle French word découper, which means "to cut out". It's the art of decorating an object by gluing cutouts onto it and then sealing with layers of finish. All participants will get to use different types of materials such as canvas, wood, glass, metal, scrapbook paper, magazines, pictures and nature to create a 2D/3D art form all with developing their own concept and using their imagination!
