WINTER YOUTH: Intro to Digital Animation (Ages 8-14)
Course Description:
Learn about comic making techniques using drawing tablets to make short stories and illustrations! Students will be able to recognize sequential imagery, use comic making terminology, and learn publishing skills that they can use in many other artistic mediums. Basic knowledge of computers required.
Instructor: Eben Taylor
Eben Taylor is a storyteller and animator who has been crafting and illustrating narratives since 2009. A graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA in Animation, his favored mediums are stop motion and 2D animation, utilizing mixed media methods whenever possible.
