WINTER ADULTS: Japanese Ink Painting Workshop: Landscapes
Course Description:
Students will learn several basic techniques of painting with Sumi ink and brushes to create expressive and meditative paintings of nature. Landscape topics will be covered including mountains, waterfalls, rocks, trees and more. Use the brush in creative ways, explore the mysteries of ink-to-water ratios and what wonderful effects in values and shapes can be created. Most of all, have fun and relax with this flowing form of art! Beginners are welcome.

Corry Buckwalter is a visual artist and art educator based in Arlington, Massachusetts.
