SPRING ADULTS: Loosen up with Watercolor (morning section; afternoon is full)

Course Description:     
Enjoy experimentation in a supportive community of artists while you learn the fundamentals of watercolor. Learn how to loosen up and find your artistic voice. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of watercolor, discover different ways of organic mark making, how to take advantage of the properties of paint and pigment, and most importantly how to get in touch with and trust your inner artist. This is a class where you will be painting images of your own, not a paint along.

Instructor: Sandra Pirie-St. Amour
Sandra is an artist/teacher who works in both ceramics and watercolor. She holds a BFA from Maine College of Art and an MAT from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Sandra has taught art at various arts organizations in Massachusetts and high school at Dana Hall. In the Fall she is joining the Birches School in Lincoln.
