WINTER YOUTH & TEEN: Machine Sewing - Intermediate Level (Ages 10-14)

Course Description:
This class is for students who already know basic machine sewing, including threading a sewing machine, accurately sewing a designated seam allowance, and using an iron safely and independently. Students will learn how to read, lay out, and cut a pattern, while learning the basics of garment construction. Other creative sewing projects will also add to their skill set. This class is not for beginners or those new to sewing on a machine.

Please note: A sewing machine in good working order should be brought from home, or contact The Umbrella office for options.
