FALL ADULTS: The Dancer's Burn

Course Description:     
Build the strength, control and elegance of a dancer in this all-levels workout designed to sculpt a powerful body. Combining core-focused exercises, dynamic bodyweight strength and fluid, intentional movement, this full-body session blends form with function. Get ready to sweat and train like a dancer, leaving you strong, grounded and more powerful.

Class notes:
Please wear comfortable and breathable clothing in which to move and sneakers for stability and support. Please also bring water for hydration and a yoga mat for core work and stretching.
