SPRING TEEN & YOUTH: Drawing Fundamentals (Ages 10-14)
Course Description:
An introductory & exploratory class that will focus on drawing from observation, to learn how to draw realistic pictures by capturing shape, proportion, and shading. This class will provide a solid drawing foundation while allowing students with previous experience to expand their skill set. Students will have the opportunity to draw interesting objects and still-life compositions that capture the imagination and challenge them at any level. Students will be provided with a sketchbook that they will get to keep

Erica Stockwell-Alpert is an artist from Maynard and an alum of the Umbrella Arts Center. She has studied art for her entire life and has always had a passion for passing on her knowledge to others.
