Artfest Community Kites

The Umbrella’s “Here Comes the Sun” art installation will culminate on this final weekend of Artfest. We invite you to visit the installation and to spread its spirit throughout the community by going outdoors and creating your own kites to fly in hope, dedication, and celebration. Participants are encouraged to fly their kite creations on their own time and in accordance with the accessible hours of the various public locations. Pre-registration is not required.
