WINTER ADULTS: The Dancer's Burn (Session 2)

Course Description:     
Build the strength, control and elegance of a dancer in this all-levels workout designed to sculpt a powerful body. Combining core-focused exercises, dynamic bodyweight strength and fluid, intentional movement, this full-body session blends form with function. Get ready to sweat and train like a dancer, leaving you strong, grounded and more powerful.

Class notes: 
Please wear comfortable and breathable clothing in which to move and be prepared to wear a combination of a stable shoe, such as a sneaker, and either bare feet or a flexible dance shoe.

DROP-INS WELCOME!
This class allows students to drop-in on a class by class basis as space allows. Students should email their intention to drop-in on a particular date to education@theumbrellaarts.org. There will be a sign-in sheet at the class. Drop-in students can pay the class fee of $27 with cash, check, or leave their contact info to be contacted to pay by phone.
