WINTER ADULTS: Breathe. Dance. Harmonize (Session 1)

Course Description:
Take a deep breath, move with intention and reconnect to your inner rhythm through this beginner-friendly community-driven class. Blending mindful movement, gentle conditioning and expressive choreography, this class is designed to restore balance and joy. Set to inspiring music, each class creates space to release tension and find harmony between body, mind and community. All levels are welcome—just bring your breath, your curiosity and your love of moving freely.

Please note: Please wear comfortable clothing in which to move. Bare feet, socks or half-sole dance shoes are recommended. Please remember to bring water for hydration.

DROP-INS WELCOME!
After the minimum enrollment is reached, this class allows students to drop-in on a class by class basis as space allows. Students should email their intention to drop-in on a particular date to education@theumbrellaarts.org. There will be a sign-in sheet at the class. Drop-in students can pay the class fee of $27 with cash, check, or leave their contact info to be contacted to pay by phone.
