What is Artfest? 
Artfest is a multi-week Umbrella arts festival, April 24 – May 16, featuring both virtual and safe, in-person events. 

Where is Artfest?
Artfest activities will be held online; in strictly limited capacity, socially-distanced slots at The Umbrella at 40 Stow Street; and in outdoors locations in front of The Umbrella or open greenspaces around Concord.

How are you managing in-person events?
Attendance at all in-person events will be limited and will adhere to up-to-date state guidelines. Guests must register in advance for timed entries. Safety protocols and social distancing guidelines will be enforced. Masks are required; ticketing is touchless; sanitizers will be utilized. Covid-safety surveys will be conducted before admission to timed in-person events. 

How is Artfest this year’s Umbrella Gala?

The Umbrella Artfest App - Earth Day ScreenWhat is the Artfest App?
We encourage you to download The Umbrella Artfest App for up-to-date festival news and events. Links and instructions will be made available on our website when the app goes live in April. All Sponsors will be provided with a login and instructions for using the Artfest App. 

Is there a ticket fee?
Most programs are free and open with limited capacity and advance registration. Select events require a separate ticket or are exclusive for sponsors; contact bridget@theumbrellaarts.org for sponsor opportunities. 

Please note: Attendance at in-person events capacity limited and will adhere to state guidelines for COVID-safety and social distancing. Guests must register in advance via the Artfest App for timed entries.
