2024/25 Season Subscription FAQ
HOW DO I SELECT MY SEATS?
Prime and Preview packages: Specific seats cannot be selected at the time of subscription purchase. The box office will assign the best available seats within your reserved section at the time of purchase and will do our best to reserve those same seats for every show. If you have any seating preferences, please provide that information in the notes section during your purchase, or email us at boxoffice@theumbrellaarts.org. If you need to change your seats at any time, or need ADA and ADA Companion seating, please contact the box office.
Flex Pass packages: The box office will assign Flex Pass Subscribers the best available seats. To redeem your Flex Pass please email boxoffice@theumbrellaarts.org with your requested show, performance date, and number of tickets you’d like to use. In order to ensure best availability, please send your requests as early as possible and at least two weeks prior to your preferred date. Availability is not guaranteed. Flex Passes must be used within the season for which they are purchased and cannot be carried over to a future season. If you need ADA and ADA Companion seating, please contact the box office.
WHAT SEATING SECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
While every seat in The Umbrella Main Stage Theater 144 has excellent sight lines, seating areas are divided into 4 sections: Premium, Center, Side, and ADA/Companion. For a map of the theater, click here. The Black Box Theater only offers General Admission seating.
HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
Subscription tickets must be picked up at the Box Office Will-Call, which opens 45 minutes before performances. [View Calendar with Performance Times]
HOW DO I REACH THE BOX OFFICE?
Phone and Main Customer Service Hours are 12pm - 5pm Monday through Friday at boxoffice@theumbrellaarts.org or 978-371-0820 then select #1 for Ticketing; the Box Office lobby is also open 45 minutes prior to performances (Eastern Time). [View Calendar with Performance Times]
