The Umbrella’s Spring Reception needs volunteer Event Assistant

Do you like Celebrations?  Bring your hostess skills to our Spring Reception and show

What: Volunteers will greet guests, organize nametags, table set up, and some clean up after the show.

When: Friday, April 24, 2015 at 6 pm.   Volunteers are welcome to stay and see the show, “La Cage” for free. Ending time - 10:30 (depending on length of La Cage performance).

Where: The Umbrella community arts center, 40 Stow Street, Concord. On the third floor or Dance studio. Will let you know.

Time commitment: Event is 4.5 + hours

Requirements: Great interpersonal skills. Good at handling tasks such as nametags and helping guests and staff with whatever comes up.

Able to maneuver around the building, carry and lift light objects.

How many volunteers needed?   3 to 4
