SPRING ADULTS: Everything You Wanted To Know About Oil Painting But Were Afraid To Ask

Course Description:     
This course is designed to demystify oil painting. The fundamentals of oil painting will be the mainstay of this eight week class that will guide the student from set up to completion of an oil painting. Composition, mixing of color, and application technique will be explained thoroughly through lecture, demonstration and individual support. Materials such as paint, surface, medium and brushes will also be thoroughly explained.

Aleksander Betko is a contemporary artist who attended Art Student’s league of New York studying under Harvey Dinnerstein and Peter Cox.
