SPRING ADULTS: Fitness Burn

Course Description:     
This all-levels strength and cardio class combines core-focused exercises, bodyweight resistance, heart-pumping cardio and flexibility work for a full-body burn. Build strength, increase endurance, and enhance mobility in a high-energy, sweat-inducing session that leaves you feeling powerful, accomplished, and ready for more! Please wear comfortable and breathable clothing in which to move and sneakers for stability and support. Please also bring water for hydration and a yoga mat for core work and stretching.
