WINTER ADULTS WORKSHOP: Learn to Build Painting Panels
Course Description:
Learn to build wooden painting panels at this one-day workshop. These panels, once coated in gesso, are a nice replacement for painting on canvas. Ours will feature a composite (MDF) face and a wooden cradle/frame around the back. Students can make any shape or size panels they desire and will leave class with one or two (depending on size). Painting gesso will not be covered and students should expect to do it outside of class. No prior woodworking experience is required.
