FALL ADULTS: Stretch & Sketch

We will use motion to awaken creativity and color to reflect emotion. We will center joy, play, and embody self-expression in a natural setting. This playful class begins with gentle stretching and mindful movement to shake off tension. Then, we shift into expressive drawing exercises designed to explore feelings, experiment with shapes and lines, and bring spontaneous ideas to life. Participants will engage in a balance of individual and collaborative art-making.

No drawing experience needed, this is a space to relax, recharge, and sketch whatever moves you in the moment. Students should bring their own blanket and/or yoga mat, wear comfortable attire for outdoor activity, and a water bottle.
