SPRING ADULTS: Introduction to Wet Felting

Course Description:
Are you curious about wet-felting? Are you baffled by the conflicting information found on felting videos? Have you tried it but have questions about how to improve your skills and fix problems you have encountered?

Join us for a six-week series that will cover the WHYs as well as the HOWs of this ancient and magical technique. Ask questions and get answers from an experienced felt maker and teacher who can watch, advise, and encourage. We will have weekly assignments, through which we will focus on building good habits and techniques.

We will cover the basics of felting in one or two dimensions, working with resists, and several methods of surface design.

Students will be provided with the basic tools and materials needed for this classes.

Registration deadline, April 1, 2026.
