SPRING YOUTH & TEEN: Measure Twice, Cut Once (Ages 10-14)

Course Description:     
Just as financial literacy is an invaluable lesson, so are the basics of handiwork. In this course, students will learn to measure, plan, design, and execute a number of work working basics. Step by step instruction will give students the confidence they need to safely handle tools and create multi-step projects that are household staples. Each class will have a lesson, demonstration, and supervised work time. At the completion of this course, student's will have completed three projects in total.

Instructor: Aleksander Betko
Aleksander Betko is a contemporary artist who attended Art Student’s league of New York studying under Harvey Dinnerstein and Peter Cox. He later went on to Purchase College and finished his BFA at UMASS Lowell.
