SPRING ADULTS: All About Surface 2.0

INT/ADV

Course Description:
This class is designed to help students apply surface decorating techniques with intention. It is a sequel to the “All about Surface” class, but also open to any students with some experience with surface decorating methods (such as sgrafitto, wax resist, and basic glaze layering techniques). Students will work to build up exciting surfaces over the multiple making stages and gain confidence pairing a compelling surface with objects of their choice. Instructor provided prompts and projects will allow students a chance to exercise creative problem solving muscles and practice surface decorating techniques with guided help. This class is suitable for intermediate-advanced students.
