The Umbrella is delighted to welcome our new ceramics technician, Zachary Mickelson! Zachary is a ceramics artist and educator, with a decade’s worth of experience teaching ceramics to diverse sets of students. Mickelson has added in the development of ceramics studios and programs throughout the Boston area, and we’re lucky to have him helping to guide us as we begin the phased re-opening of our studio facilities next month.

The Umbrella Ceramics Program is pleased to invite the public to attend the charitable fundraising event, Empty Bowls, presented this year with Littleton Community Farm at Orange Door Kitchen, 251 Arlington St, West, Acton MA from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Saturday, April 13, 2019.

Intensive Workshop with International Artist April 6

The Umbrella has teamed up with Lacoste-Keane Gallery to introduce Concord region audiences and artists to the dazzling work of internationally exhibited ceramics artist, Ashwini Bhat. 

Registration Now Underway

The Umbrella Arts Education and Arts & Environment Programs have announced the release of the Spring/Summer 2019 Classes Brochure, listing the new classes and workshops coming up for youth and adult students. Registration for both terms is now underway.
