SUMMER ADULTS: Community, Clay, and Critique

Course Description:
Refine your voice and technique in our community critique group. Join fellow potters in a supportive environment to share works-in-progress, receive constructive feedback, and troubleshoot technical hurdles. The instructor will guide these conversations and may offer demonstrations and examples when appropriate. All levels are welcome in this class, especially those working independently who would benefit from a little more structure and direction. Must be registered for a Summer Ceramics class or the Independent Program. This class is only open to students enrolled in a Summer semester ceramics class or the Independent Program.
Instructor: Alex Hogan Kosciak
With decades of experience in ceramics and counseling psychology Alex brings an open and thoughtful perspective to teaching and creating art. She has taught ceramics to both children and adults in a variety of settings from public schools to community art centers and summer camps to private studios.
