Learn to Model Gromit with Aardman Animation (II)

The Umbrella is pleased to join Belmont World Film's Family Festival 2021 as a co-presenter of a special January 21 1:30PM online Model Making Workshop led by Aardman's Senior Model Maker, Jim Parkyn!

Aardman, the creative people behind such groundbreaking clay animated films as the Oscar-winning Wallace & Gromit films, Chicken Run, and Shaun the Sheep, is offering a unique opportunity for you and your child to learn how to make your very own Gromit character during this fun, hands-on clay modelling workshop.

You’ll have an opportunity to ask any burning questions you have and learn some insider Aardman tips, too!

This is open to both children and adults.

Reserve online by January 7 so that you'll have plenty of time to collect materials and prepare for the workshop.  Workshop-only tickets are available, OR use our special Umbrella Families special discount to take 10% off a full festival pass to all films and workshops!

Umbrella Arts Families Special: Use Umbrella code OVINTT4FVU4O6D0-UMB for 10% discount on films, passes, and workshops (subject to availability).

Below are materials you'll need to collect, or suggested alternatives. For your convenience, can also order them for easy curbside pickup or home delivery through this DickBlick.com link, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to benefit The Umbrella!
