FALL ADULTS: Fiber Arts Skills - Sewing & More!

Course Description:     
NEW: This offering is part of our new Multigenerational Separate but Together program. While you take this skills based Fiber Arts class - your kid(s) will take their own art class next door Messy Mediums: Fiber Arts, Sculpture & Mixed Media. Come learn basic sewing to mend and create. This one hour a week will touch on many different techniques over the course of 8 weeks so you will have more tools to take care of clothing and add a creative touch. Skills covered may include: hand-sewing, machine sewing, embroidery and more

Note: If an Adult registers for the Fiber Arts Skills - Sewing & More! class and a Student registers for the Messy Mediums: Fiber Arts, Sculpture & Mixed Media on the same order, an automatic refund of $40 will be processed for enrolling in the Multigenerational Together but Separate program.

Sarah Scoville is an art educator, artist, community organizer, and mother. She has both a BFA and MAED from The Maryland Institute College of Art. Sarah taught photography, intro to visual art, and art history to high school student for 10 years.
