She received her MFA from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco; a master’s in visual arts education from Harvard University; and a doctorate in visual educational leadership from Boston University. Her play, Vanishing Point: The Lost Painting of Artemisia Gentileschi, was performed in June in Concord at the Unitarian Union Church. Robin’s approach to anatomy and figure drawing is to build the forms from the inside out starting with the skeleton, the muscles, and then the outer layer of the skin. She has taught face to face and online at many art colleges and universities on both coasts (Northeastern, Regis, College of Marin, Sonoma State University, University of Lowell, etc.) She currently teaches at Sessions College of Professional Design.
