FALL ADULTS WORKSHOP: Altered Vessels

Course Description:     
Join Tara Wilson for a one day workshop including an artist talk, demonstrations, and perspectives on her creative process and firing techniques. Demonstrations will include examples of Tara's throwing and altering techniques for creating her distinctive gestural forms. Discussions and conversations are encouraged throughout the day, and will range through all aspects of making, the creative process, wood firing, and maintaining a productive studio routine and rewarding artistic practice.

Please note: Demonstration only. Registration open to all; no experience necessary.

Tara Wilson is a studio artist living in Montana City, Montana. She has given lectures and workshops throughout the United States and her wood-fired utilitarian work has been exhibited internationally.
