FALL ADULTS: Afro-Latin Fusion Dance (Session 1)

Course Description:
Experience the joy of movement in this beginner-friendly Latin fusion dance class designed to energize, connect and inspire. Blending Latin and African-inspired styles, this class offers an energizing and unique experience rooted in joy and connection. Featuring fun, easy-to-follow choreography, rhythmic footwork and gentle stretching, this welcoming all-levels class develops body awareness, musicality and confidence while connecting with others through the universal language of dance. No experience necessary-just a willingness to move and have fun!

Class notes:
Please wear comfortable clothing in which to move. As this movement style relies on a lot of footwork, women and men's Latin dance shoes, Fuego dance sneakers or dance shoe covers are strongly recommended. While not required, feel free to also bring a yoga mat for extra cushioning for stretching at the end of class. Please also remember to bring water, as we will work up quite a sweat during class.
