WINTER ADULTS: Acrylic and Oil Bootcamp
Course Description:
An acrylic and oil painting technique class designed for both complete beginners and acrylic or oil painters who would like to brush up on basic acrylic and/or oil skills. Students will develop a strong understanding of acrylic and oil materials, color mixing, color theory, color temperature, value, and a variety of acrylic and oil application techniques.

Kat O’Connor earned a Bachelor of Arts in drawing with highest honors from Montana State University in 1990 and a Master of Fine Arts in painting from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1995. O'Connor was awarded a Mass Cultural Council Fellowship for her drawings in 2018, and is honored to have received a Sam and Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts 2021 Residency.
