Kira Troilo

Kira Troilo (she/her) is a Boston-based creative, the CEO and founder of Art & Soul Consulting, a new Equity, Diversity & Inclusion consulting firm dedicated to support for theater and the arts, and the creator of Inclusive Stages®. She has been chosen as a 2024 cohort member for the Arts & Cultural Organization Management program through A.R.T. at Harvard University, and has also been honored with SpeakEasy Stage Company's prestigious Community Impact Award. Kira’s groundbreaking EDI work was recently featured in American Theatre Magazine

Kira consults for many local companies in addition to Umbrella Arts Center — including SpeakEasy Stage, Reagle Music Theatre, Gloucester Stage Company, NEMPAC and Greater Boston Stage Company. Nationally, she has worked at theaters such as Arkansas’ TheatreSquared and Buffalo’s Irish Classical Theatre Company. Internationally, she has traveled to Stratford Festival in Canada to provide show-specific inclusion support. In summer of 2023, she provided tailored support for the world premiere of Summer Stock: The Musical at Goodspeed Opera House, starring Corbin Bleu. Kira also crafts and shares her own fully-tailored EDI workshop and development sessions with adjudicators, arts educators, theater ushers and volunteers, and boards of directors.
