Erin Moran

Erin moved to Concord in 2017 with her wife, Kate Moran, where they have raised their two boys, now ages 6 and 7, who have enjoyed many of The Umbrella’s programs and classes. She holds an MBA from the University of Maine, where she was also a member of the Women’s Soccer team, and brings a lifelong connection to the arts through her deep involvement in the jewelry industry.

Erin grew up surrounded by jewelry, with her family opening their first store when she was just three years old. From an early age, she was immersed in the craft of fine jewelry—observing skilled artisans, attending national shows, and developing an appreciation for gems and designs that embodied both luxury and art. This early exposure shaped her respect for artistry, craftsmanship, and design, which continues to influence both her professional path and community involvement.

In her professional life, Erin works extensively with organizations navigating change and expansion. She deeply understands how to align operational excellence with creative vision, a perspective that informs both her consulting work and her governance roles. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Day’s Jewelers, a 100% employee-owned luxury jewelry chain, where she contributes to the company’s long-term strategic vision and growth.
