Brian Sykes

Brian Sykes is a managing director and head of the Boston office for Lument Real Estate Capital. He is responsible for originating multifamily loans and providing capital solutions for institutional and private multifamily owners.

Prior to joining Lument in 2020, Brian established a Boston office for Capital One Multifamily Finance. Before joining Capital One, he worked for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage and was assistant vice president of lending at Cambridge Savings Bank.

Brian and his wife have lived in Concord since 1995 where they raised their twin boys.

Brian is a former member of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia, the Massachusetts Rental Housing Association, and previously served on the Massachusetts Housing Shelter Alliance board of directors as well as the Finance Committee for the Town of Concord. He is currently the treasurer and a director of Eagle Camp, Inc., a private family camp located in South Hero, VT and a volunteer at Open Table in Maynard, MA. Brian holds an associate in accountancy, a bachelor’s in finance, and an MBA from Bentley University.
