Alison Tsoi

Alison has been an art teacher and a graphic designer for many years. Some of her favorite things are library makerspace, science events, the Harvard Museum of Natural History and spontaneous dancing.

Alison enjoys all art disciplines and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She was awarded a 2023 Mass Cultural Council grant and some of the institutions that she has exhibited include Mass College of Art and Design, Harvard University and Bunker Hill Community College. She was also part of the MassQ Ball 2022 celebration at the Arnold Arboretum. She was a judge for the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Scholastic Art & Writing Awards from 2015- 2022.

Alison believes in nourishing children’s creativity with encouragement and kindness. She is grateful to be given an opportunity to be part of the Umbrella Arts Center community.
