FALL ADULTS: Thrown and Altered

INT/ADV

Go beyond simple wheel thrown pots and explore the world of altered forms. Students will throw forms on the wheel and then change them by adding, removing, altering, and reshaping. We will utilize wheel throwing and hand building techniques to construct unique functional and sculptural forms. We will be covering colored slip and underglaze surface decoration techniques. Students should be confident throwing on the wheel. This class is suitable for intermediate-advanced students.
