FALL ADULTS: Friday Wheel

Course Description:     
This wheel throwing class welcomes new and seasoned potters alike. Returning students are offered creative ways to explore new technical challenges and develop their own style of working. Class discussions will highlight the way a student's basic approach to form leads to more nuanced concerns and goals, with attention to the details of shape and surface. Specific demonstrations are chosen by the instructor in conversation with the class to round out their technical instruction. This class is suitable for all students.

Marc is a maker, teacher, and thinker who welcomes minutiae, experiments with processes, and pushes materials to extremes. As a ceramics educator for nearly 25 years, Marc still looks forward to discovering better modes of communicating with students and other teachers.
