SPRING YOUTH: Digital Animation (Ages 8-12) - FULL

Course Description:     
Students will learn and develop digital animation approaches including using drawing tablets and computers to create drawn 2D animations. Students will start with Animation Fundamentals and then tranistion into more personal projects. Additionally, students will gain a broader understanding of art related technology and learn skills that can be applied to all kinds of digital art and computer use. Students should have basic computer use knowledge for this class.

Instructor: Eben Taylor
Eben Taylor is a storyteller and animator who has been crafting and illustrating narratives since 2009. A graduate of Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA in Animation, his favored mediums are stop motion and 2D animation, utilizing mixed media methods whenever possible. Eben currently teaches art and animation skills in a K-12 setting and directs non-profit multi-animator projects. Learn More »
