Painting Survey: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor (TUESDAYS)

Course Description:     
Revisit or discover for the first time three painting mediums: oil, acrylic, and watercolor. Investigate and examine applications of each paint type. The class will also touch on drawing as a primary first step, color mixing, and underpainting. We will also utilize the assistance of stencils and found images to construct work through line, shape and personal choice. This survey class is meant to give students an opportunity to try different types of painting. All levels of practice welcome.

Nancy Hart is an interdisciplinary artist who explores the expanded field of Post Modernism in her teaching and studio work.
