Needle Felted Squashes and Gourds

Make yourself a pot of tea and spend an enjoyable morning learning to needle felt.

Using soft, unspun sheep’s wool in gorgeous fall colors, each participant will create an assortment of decorative squashes and gourds suitable to decorate your home for Thanksgiving. Needle felting is fun and easy to learn and we can enjoy each other’s company in a safe and socially distanced way.

Suitable for those with or without previous experience. Perfect activity for parents to do with older kids 14+.  Or invite other family and friends to join you in the felting fun.

All materials will be provided for a pick up at The Umbrella, 40 Stow Street, Concord. Safe curbside pick up instructions provided to registered students the week befor the class.  Registration DEADLINE: October 29, 2020.  Participants that can not get to The Umbrella for materials pick up should let The Umbrella know at (education@theumbrellaarts.org) by the REGISTRATION DEADLINE 10/29 and the instructor will ship kits to those registered participants. $5 shipping and handeling charge applies.
