SPRING ADULTS: Drawing Not Just for Beginners!

Course Description:     
This class is open to those who would like to feel comfortable using graphite pencils, colored pencils, charcoal, pastels or ink. Students will develop an awareness of composition, essential to a successful picture. Each Wednesday afternoon, we will work on specific exercises.  Each person works at their own pace. Old masters, will be referred to, as well as, direct observation drawing. Open to those who would like to use their imagination. Open to beginners and those with some experience drawing looking to improve skills.

Instructor: Joy Buell
Joy Dai Buell received both her BFA and MFA in printmaking from Yale University. She also has a BS in education from Tufts University and a diploma from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She is known to offer superb criticism and encouragement.
