Audio transcribers needed

Help on a Unique Art Center Project for The Umbrella Community Arts Center

What:  Transcribe audio interviews of the Umbrella artists. We will give you a sound recording and a template to enter data on your computer. We will have a 20-minute orientation and the rest of the work you can do from home.

About the project: We are documenting many aspects of being an artist at The Umbrella community arts center as the building project moves forward. We are planning various ways to display and share this information. There will possibly be a Closing (of the old building) Celebration and or an Opening Celebration of the newly rebuilt and renovated building. 

We may have a gallery show highlighting the transition and history of the center.

When:  Starts soon. Ending in 8 weeks. There is no hard deadline for this task.

Requirements: Can type on a computer and use email. reliable, can follow directions, dependable. 

Where: Work from home: Orientation at The Umbrella Annex, 57 ORNAC, Concord (Concord Center) MA * Ample free parking.

Time commitment: Up to 5 hours of work at home and a 20 minute orientation at The Umbrella.

Number of Volunteers needed: 8 to 10 volunteers
